We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Xetsa FOODS. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, but we will gladly replace any damaged or defective products. Please contact us for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns within 10 days of purchase for unopened products in their original condition.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt exchange or refund.
